RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, campers, jet skis and other such items are not permitted to be stored on your property unless they are in the garage. Storing such items on your property is in violation of the CC&Rs. However, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to bring the vehicle to your home (i.e. to open and winterize for the season). As such, you may temporarily store a vehicle on your property if you submit a Temporary Storage Request.
If you bring these vehicles to your home and they remain on the property for 24 hours without having submitted a request and receiving approval, you will be in violation of the CC&R's.
